Akorn Ash Pan Gasket Installation

The SMOBOT Team has had excellent success controlling the Akorn Kamado with our SMOBOT robotic damper controller recently.
However, we found that for low-and-slow cooks, the pit temperature tended to wander around some. After taking a very careful look, we discovered that the ash pan seal was poor on our copy of the Akorn smoker, and needed an improvement.
